1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from KultWear’s official website or authorized channels.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective or damaged).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items (for health and safety reasons).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and order details.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Return Process

  • Initiate a return request via email or through your account on our website.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

  • Reverse pickup charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
